At today’s 4th Hydrogen Day Ceremony,
Seo Young Kim, CEO of Hylium Industries,
was honoured with the Industrial Medal —
the highest national decoration of the event,
awarded by the Korean government to individuals who have made outstanding contributions to industrial development and economic growth.

This prestigious award recognizes Dr. Kim’s pioneering achievements in:
- Successfully localizing cryogenic liquid hydrogen storage and transport technology,
- Leading innovation across the entire liquid hydrogen value chain — from drones and refuelling stations to liquefiers, and
- Contributing to the establishment of Korea’s hydrogen economy ecosystem.
